Confidentiality:

Any client information will not be disclosed to any third party without the client's explicit consent, except when required by law.

Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment of the service fee, all work product and intellectual property generated during the service will become the sole property of the client.

Limitation of Liability:

We shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the client's utilization of our services, except as mandated by law.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our services are located.

Payment Terms:

The client agrees to remit all service fees before the fulfillment of services and delivery of documents. Payments can be made using the payment methods available on our website.

We will not commence the service until we have received a minimum of 50% of the total payment from the client.

Split Payments:

Should the client opt for split payments, they must agree to remit the full service fee in agreed-upon installments on specified due dates.

Failure to make a payment on the due date gives us the right to suspend work on the service and withhold any documents or work product until full payment is received.

Additionally, any payments made up to that point may be forfeited by the client.

Refund Policy:

Services are non-refundable once they have been submitted for review.

If the client decides to cancel the service prior to the commencement of work, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
